The thermal conductivity of materials is an important parameter index for studying the thermo physical properties of materials. This series of instruments adopts the principle of the heat-protecting plate method, can be used to test the plastics, glass, fiber, concrete, building insulation materials, foam boards, powdery and other materials.
The DRH-ZD series is equipped with automatic pressurization and automatic thickness measurement functions to detect the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance under different pressure conditions. It is very suitable for compressible materials, with below features:
a. The high-precision displacement sensor is used and connected to the computer for automatic thickness measurement, with a measuring range of 0-50mm and a resolution of 0.01mm;
b. It can automatically pressurize and detect the thermal conductivity under different pressure conditions. The pressurization range is adjustable from 0---1000N, and the resolution is 0.1N.
