Advantages of razor barbed wire made of 304 stainless steel:
Anti-corrosion effect than ordinary hot dip galvanized razor barbed wire, suitable for petroleum, chemical, heavy industry and other strong corrosive environment of the unit fence of anti-theft barbed wire mesh. 304 grade stainless steel good versatility and wide range of material application, is used in a large number of high anti-corrosion requirements of the product. Features of razor barbed wire model BTO-22:
BTO-22 in the commonly used razor barbed wire models belong to the medium barbed barbed shape, can be adapted to the requirements of many application sites, so it is the use of common models, for railroads, prisons, highways, factories, schools and so on. If there is no special application requirements, BTO-22 can be used as the default model of razor barbed wire. In addition, the length of long barbed wire is more than 60mm, such as CBT-60 model; the length of short barbed wire is 10mm or less, such as BTO-10. long barbed wire is suitable for large circle installation, short barbed wire is suitable for small circle installation.
Spiral-shaped razor barbed wire installation method:
The installation way of razor barbed wire mainly has two kinds of spiral and concertina shape. The difference between spiral and concertina type.
(1) the production process is less, the factory only need to wind into a certain circle by and the number of turns of the rope roll, adjacent to the two circles between without fastening with a snap.
(2) In the case of the same installation spacing (coverage), spiral type saves about half of the material than the concertina type. This is because the concertina type uses snaps to fasten two adjacent loops together to cover only one installation pitch per two loops, while the spiral type has no such limitation.
(3) Because the spiral type is free to extend the installation, rigidity is poor, so the installation spacing needs to be tied to the through-length cross-tie wire to ensure. Generally, there should be more than one cross-tie wire, such as installation bracket with 3 cross-tie wires.
