Applications:

The test machines are designed and manufactured according to ASTM, ISO, DIN, GB etc standards.

It is suitable for wide range of material for tension, compression, bending, shearing and low cycle test. With special grips, it can also do very special test as customer’s request. It is for metal, rubber, plastic, spring, textile, and components testing.

This machine is servo control mode and the computer with strong function software does data processing and issues the test reports. The software based on Windows system is able to make automatic calculating of test results, i.e. tensile strength; upper / lower yield strength, Non proportional stress point etc. Report creation function makes it is very simple to make testing report in needed format.

 It is necessary inspect device in the filed of steel and iron factory, the laboratories of scientific research institutes, infrastructure construction organs, machinery plants and education for research and teaching , etc.

Test force measurement:
Load measurement: The high-precision spoke-type load sensor is used, coupled with a high-performance measurement and amplification system, to ensure the high resolution of the test force. Multiple sensors can be configured according to user needs to achieve a wide range of test force measurement.

Displacement measurement: Use 2500P / R high-precision photoelectric encoder to rotate coaxially with precision lead screw, and realize the measurement power control system through digital circuit

Adopt full digital servo controller, control high-performance stepper motor to drive synchronous toothed belt, drive two pairs of high-precision and clearance-free precision lead screw transmission, with stable loading, good low-speed performance, no clearance, high transmission efficiency, low noise Features of smooth transmission.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,

we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,

If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find

the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,

we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

3. What's the delivery term?

At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery

time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider

making a special arrangement for you.

4. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized

machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.

officail website directly.

Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you

need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use.  And if possible, we can also install

your machine at site.
