The Saimo F53 Heavy Duty Weigh Belt Feeder System features a rugged stringer type frame to offer high accuracy and minimal downtime for the most stringent applications.
It accommodates flow rates up to 1200t/h and belt loadings up to 600kg/m.
Options:
Open, semi closed or closed housing
Fully sealed enclosure with head hood and tail discharge chute
Self cleaning chain scraper conveyor
Drive motor style: coupler, chain transmission or shaft mount
Flow/no-flow detector, run off switches, safety pull switch and plugged chute detector
Capacity range: 400t/h to 1200t/h
Accuracy: ±0.5%, on approved applications
Belt width: 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm
Endless corrugated edged rubber belt or other applicable belt
Weighbridge directly supported by dual load cells
Digital speed sensor, directly coupled to the conveyor tail pulley
Offering high accuracy and minimal downtime for the most stringent applications
Flow rates: up to 1200t/h
Belt loadings: up to 600kg/m.
