XLPE metallic shielded 33KV power cable

1). Standard: IEC60502; GB12706.1-2002

2) Specification: Circular Copper conductor for single core and shaped conductors for muti-core, XLPE insulated, PVC bedding, armored(or unarmored) PVC sheathed cable.

Detailed description or construction:

* Conductor: compacted or uncompacted copper or aluminium

* Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

* Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape

* Binder: Binding tape

* Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

* Armour: Galvanized steel wire armored (SWA) or steel tape armored (STA)

*Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

3). The rated voltages U₀/U(Um) of the cables considered in this standard are as follows:

U₀/U(Um) =3.6/6(7.2)-6/10(12)-8.7/15(17.5)-12/20(24)-18/30(36)-21/35(40.5)KV

In the voltage designation of cables U₀/U(Um):

* U₀ is the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and earth or metallic screen for which the cable is designed;

* U is the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for which the cable is designed;

* Um is the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" for which the equipment maybe used

4) Voltage:0.6/1kv,6/6kv,6/10kv,8.7/15kv,12/20kv,18/30kv,19/33kv,26/35kv

5). Application:used in ducts, trays and direct burial in ground. the cable is subjuct to immerse in water all the time.

6).This series includes:Single copper(Alumunium) core XLPE insulated PVC sheated

* Single copper(Alumunium) core XLPE insulated steel tape armoured PVC sheathed

* Single copper(Alumunium) core XLPE insulated steel wire armoured PVC sheateed

* Multi-core copper(Alumunium) core XLPE insulated PVC PVC sheath

* Multi-core copper(Alumunium) core XLPE insulated PVC inner sheath steel tape armoured PVC sheath

7).Product feature

a.Max Long-time operating temperature of XLPE insulated cable is 90(70)°C.

b.Installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0°C.

c.Max short-circuit temperature is not exceed 250(160)°C, not more than 5 sec.
