There are three designs for Wire Mesh Welder, Manual Feeding,Semi-automatic Feeding and Automatic Double-molds Feeding;

Manual Feeding:

Manually place the work piece, and feed it lo the welding station. start the welding machine to weld the work piece in a row. then push it to the next station until finish the whole work piece. ThiS type is with low cost and high work intensity.

Semi-automatic Feeding:

Manually place the work piece, automatically feed it to the welding SlaIion, and weld the work piece in a row, then automatically push it to the next station until finish the whole work piece.The finished parts will return automatically, or return from back.This type can improve the productivity, reduce the work intensity and improve the quality.

Automatic Double-molds Feeding:

The application of advanced PLC and flexible man-machine interface controlling and the precise servo motor driving system makes it available on continuous automatically feeding and welding It is with front and back two layers table, so when one layer lable is in welding work,the other can be applied to place the work piece. then change the work after welding. It effectively improves the work efficiency. and also it can weld the different specifications of metal wire mesh conveniently through adjusting the man-machine interface.
