Product Description
resistance welding machine
UN type special welding butt machine for copper pipe & aluminum pipe , mainly used in the butting of copper & aluminum tube for refrigeration such as air conditioners, refrigerators and others. Welding process using copper pipe inserted into the aluminum tube using resistance heating workpiece surface of copper aluminum material combination of fuse to form a solid surface. Using thyristor welding machine for welding transformer primary voltage regulating way to adjust the output power of welding machine, to meet different welding specification.
Welding machine adopts pneumatic clamping and pneumatic upsetting, electrode is made of linear bearing, follow-up and upsetting force stability so as to guarantee the welding quality is stable and reliable. Welding current adopts closed-loop control, which has the function of constant current. Due to the melting point of copper and aluminium six to one, the electrode area is equipped with heat preservation zone consisting of titanium, so that it is near the melting point of each firm and the combination of the street.
The machine welding procedure is made up of microcomputer controller for control of high precision, high automatic degree, as long as the step on the pedal switch, can complete a welding process.
