Conveyor equipment includes air suspension and ground transportation;Professional equipment includes lifting, turning, pressing, heating or cooling, testing, bolt and nut fastening equipment etc.
Conveyor equipment: It is mainly used in automobile assembly line, assembly line of all components and conveying of large assembly on line. It can be divided into assembly line, chassis assembly line, engine assembly line, cab trim line, tire assembly line, automobile door assembly line and turnover line from each sub-assembly line to assembly line.
Sub-assembly and on-line equipment: the engine, front axle, rear axle, cab, wheels and other assemblies on-line sub-assembly and the transportation process to the assembly line after all parts are assembled, as well as the transportation and hoisting equipment used in the corresponding workstation.
Various oil filling equipment: including fuel, lubricant, cleaner, coolant, brake fluid, refrigerant and other automobile assembly line filling equipment.
Ex-factory Inspection equipment: including front-end test-bed, side slip test-bed, steering test-bed, headlamp detector, brake test-bed, speedometer test-bed and exhaust analyzer.
Special equipment: car body marking machine, thread fastening equipment, special equipment for tire assembly, automatic glue coating machine, hydraulic bridge on-line car.
Working principle of the Car Assembly Line
Automobile assembly line is composed of interior decoration line, chassis line, exterior decoration line, door line, detection line, rain line, etc.
1. General Assembly Interior Trim Line
From the painting workshop into the assembly, assemble carpet, wiring harness, interior accessories, seals, etc.
Two-way liftable large flat plate realizes flexible production of multi-platform, and further optimizes the ergonomics through the free lifting of workstation height.
2. Assembly Chassis Line
Main assembly chassis parts (suspension, wheel), exterior accessories (front and rear protection) and so on.
Using modern EMS + VAC transport equipment, precise synchronization is achieved in the assembly process, and precise positioning and assembly of the body and chassis are realized. The assembly accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
3. Assembling door line
Assemble door lifting mechanism, door inner panel, glass, decorative strips, etc.
Friction drive (FDS) system has the advantages of no lubrication, cleanliness and silence compared with ordinary chain motor lines
4. Inspection line for assembly
Four-wheel positioning, headlamp adjustment, formulation performance, emission performance, etc. Four-wheel positioning equipment, using the world's most advanced non-contact 3D laser head for detection, detection accuracy is far higher than the previous 2D laser head.
5. Detection Line Sprinkler Room
Each vehicle will be tested with 360 nozzles for 90 seconds. About 5 tons of water will be sprayed to simulate four times the world's largest rainfall to test the vehicle's sealing.
The assembly process of automobile assembly is as follows:
One Interior Trim Assembly - Chassis Assembly - Secondary Interior Assembly - CP7 Adjustment - Four Wheel Positioning - Test Rotation Test - Exhaust Gas Analysis - Road test - Rain Detection - Vehicle Inspection - Entry
