Portable belt conveyor:
Portable belt conveyor also named mobile belt conveyor, a new type of belt conveyor. The main components of the belt conveyor is same with the common type belt conveyor, but the common type can not move, and it is heavy duty belt conveyor. Portable belt conveyor is light weight and portable, applicable in bulk loading, transport packaging, etc, the maintenance is easy.
Belt fabric types: EP, food grade PVC, PU, PP or other material.
Belt-driven: chain wheel, gear motor drive or electric drum drive.
Belt speed: adjustable with variable speed motor.
Rollers shape: trough, flat.
Trough roller frame spacing: 300mm-1000mm, or as request.
Rollers materails: stainless steel, carbon steel or as request.
Frame material: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, as request.
Drive motor: Siemens brand, Chinese famous brand, or as request.
Belt tension/adjustment: tail drum.

According to different technique requirements, the machine can convey material singly or be formed conveying system with other conveying equipments to meet different requirements of working line.
Accessory of belt conveyor
1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density is between 1.0t/m3-1.6t/m3; conveyor obliquity is less than 18° and the material stockpile angle is 30°.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m³.
3. The conveying length isn’t restricted to the form; different length can be manufactured according to customers' demands.
