Control cables are suitable for d.c appication and for rated voltages up to 600/1000V ac, 50Hz--60Hz, as connection wire for electric devices as well as instruments in power station, substations, mines, petrochemical industry etc. as control circuit in control systems for single machine or set of machines, signal system and measuring system.
Features
a) control cable working Rated voltage UO / U: 450/750V, 0.6 / 1kV
b) Max. long term operating temperature of cable conductor:
1) XLPE insulation: 90° C
2) PVC insulation: 70° C
c) Environment temperature in laying the cable should not be lower than 250° C
d) The min. bending radius should be more than 15 times than the outer diameter of
e) the cable DC conductor resistance complies with the stipulations of IEC 60502-1.
f) Working frequently under voltage test for cable with 3.5kV / 5min. without puncture
g) Lower smoke & halogen, free flame, retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle as GB / T18380.3 and smoke density in firing complies with stimulation IEC 60502-1.
