This model automatic pull-off adhesion tester is an intelligent adhesion test instrument. 5 Inch LCD directly displays the pull off force, in MPa and psi unit. Constant pulling load, real time display, easy data PC connection and data management.

◆ Portable design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, no external power supply, suitable for field and laboratory use
The pulling method automatically tests the adhesion between the coating and the substrate; the test data is highly reproducible
◆ The electrically controlled hydraulic pump automatically continuously and steadily increases the pulling force, minimizing the influence of human error and the test process
◆ 5.0-inch large touch screen, with pull-out force curve display function, can clearly observe the changes in pull-out force during the whole test
◆ Test rate employs PID closed loop control, stable and adjustable
◆ The test force can also be kept constant during the test to determine whether the coating is separated from the substrate under a certain load.
◆ Built-in Micro-USB interface, the instrument is works like a USB flash drive after connecting to a computer, and it can directly copy the stored experimental data without installing any software, simple and convenient
◆ Comply with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards
◆ Built-in real-time clock, all saved data has corresponding experiment date and time; convenient for users to summarize and manage the experimental data
◆ Various pull-off dolly available with size of 10, 14, 20 and 50mm, applicable for products with different bonding strengths, expand the function and resolution of the instrument
◆ Each instrument is calibrated by a traceable pressure sensor before leaving the factory, with an accuracy of ±1% of full scale, and a calibration certificate is attached.
◆ Pull-out data including maximum pull-out force, pull-out rate, test time and pull-out dolly size are storage;
◆ The real time display makes it’s easier for operators to observe and adjust the pull-off rate
◆ Only need to press the key to select the size of the pull-off unit, change the measurement unit or store the reading
◆ No conversion table is needed, the instrument automatically calculates the pull-off force according to the size of the pull-off unit
◆ Disposable pull-off unit, can be used for long-term record keeping
◆ Aluminum automatic centering and pulling unit ensures accurate measurement on smooth or uneven surfaces
