The building sealant extruder is an indispensable testing instrument for measuring the extrudability of building sealing materials. It uses compressed air to extrude a specified volume of sealing material from a standard appliance under specified conditions. For single-component sealing materials, report the extrudability by the volume of the sealing material extruded in a unit time; for multi-component sealing materials, report the pot life by drawing.

Working principle
Use compressed air to extrude a specified volume of sealing material from a standard appliance under specified conditions. For single-component sealing materials, report the extrudability by the volume of the sealing material extruded in a unit time; for multi-component sealing materials, report the pot life by drawing.
Extruder specifications: 250ML 400ML (optional)
The diameters of the extrusion holes of the extruder nozzle are: 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 10mm respectively.
Operations
The measuring operation method is carried out in accordance with Part 3 of GB/T13477.3-2002 "Test Methods for Building Sealing Materials". Need to configure the air source and control system by yourself.
