Introduction
The carbon black content analyzer is used for determination of carbon black content in polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene plastics
With the alarm function at the end of the experiment, you can set the alarm time, nitrogen and oxygen ventilation time, the instrument automatically switches the gas, no need to wait for manual switching.
Features
1. 7-inch wide touch screen control, current temperature, set temperature, decomposition state, pyrolysis state, constant temperature state, empty tube calcination, operating time, oxygenation state, nitrogen state and other information are all sync displayed, easy operation.
2. The integrated design of the heating furnace body and the control system facilitates easier instrument management.
3. The pyrolysis, decomposition, and empty tube calcination temperature program sections are automatically stored, only needs one button to start, eliminating the need for tedious repeated temperature settings. Fully automatic operation control in the true sense.
4. The two gas instruments of nitrogen and oxygen are automatically switched, equipped with high-precision floating-ball gas flow meters.
5. The new type of nano-blanket thermal insulation material achieves excellent thermal insulation and constant temperature effect and high furnace temperature uniformity.
