Description
JS series quick-freezing equipment (plate belt type) uses stainless steel plate as transfer belt, marine products such as headless shrimp, scallop etc., which are to be frozen being placed on belt, having feeding materials quickly frozen in individual type through side blowing cold air. This series of equipments mainly process marine products. The selective range for freezing time is 10-100 minutes.

This quick-freezing machine is monomer machine with advanced design and superior performance, which can efficiently save energy and retain freshness. It is widely used in quick-freezing strip, cubic or grain food, such as shrimp meat, shrimp, sliced fish, meat dumpling, divided meat, pig tongue, chicken, asparagus and yam, which saves energy and is convenient in cleaning and maintenance. It is chosen by many domestic factories, being new-generation quick-freezing machine with brand-new concept.
Features
1.There are 2 choices for conveying belt, imported high-intensity stainless steel belt or mesh belt, both with conversion infinite speed variation. As a conversion double-stage driving system, it is safe and reliable in running.
2. Air blower is divided into cross blast from right and left, mixed blast and top blast according to different frozen products, which makes perfect freezing, quality and efficiency.
3. Cold air blower applies overall aluminum pipe and sheet and optimum designed pitch of fins, advanced in structure and efficient in refrigeration.
4. The quick-freezing machine applies polyamine double-surface stainless steel storehouse with stainless steel frame, meeting the requirements of exported food.
Training plan: We will provide training for those who operate and maintain the freeze-drying machines. Trained by supplier of the equipment in the process of installation and debugging, people can operate and solve the basic mechnical problems independently. In addition, the persons who work in general engineering such as refrigeration, boiler, and transformer substation shall be undertaken by skilled workers.
1. We guarantee that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials and new brand with top workmanship, and in accordance with quality specification stipulated in product Contract and Appendix.
2. Guarantee period shall be within 12 months from the date of acceptance. During this period, if there are quality problems, we will provide solution by verbal or written communication. If the problem is unsolved, our engineers will repair for you on site as soon as possible. The maintenance is free when there are non-operation errors; otherwise it is for the buyer’s account.
