1. Application
2000kN Tensile Tester is suitable for tension, compression, bending, shearing,
peeling, tearing and other tests by adding different test fixture for metal and non-metal materials. It is widely used in inspection department, engineering area, laboratories, universities and institutes for material properties research and quality control.

4. Our machine feaures:
1. It has three parts: Host & oil source &measurement control system
2. Automatic rise, down, test and stop
3. Deepen jaw seat can prevent trumpet-shaped deformation as non-uniform stress in the test, can improve the soundness and life, make holding more firm and smooth
4. Between the jaw seat and jaw plate added wear-resisting backing board, protect the jaw seat and card plate, making the jaw seat more flexible
5. Between the host base and screw using the cone bearing which make screw rotation more stable and reliable, while solved the gap influence in the test progress
6. The middle cross bar adopt the adjustable gap nut mechanism, eliminated the gap and improve the measuring performance
7. All inclusive type host designed to ensure that its super stiffness to resist loads trace deformation
