The general requirements for pipeline purging are:
Equipment and piping that do not allow purging shall be isolated from the purging system.
Before piping purging, orifice plates, flanged regulating valves, main valves, throttle valves, safety valves, instruments, etc., shall not be installed. For the above valves and instruments connected by welding, protective measures such as passing through the bypass or removing seals shall be taken.
The purging shall be carried out in the order of main pipe, branch pipe and drain pipe, and the blown dirt shall not enter the pipeline qualified for purging.
The dirty things discharged by purging shall not pollute the environment, and it is strictly prohibited to discharge at will.
Restricted area should be set before purging.
No other operations affecting the cleaning shall be carried out after the pipeline is blown up to the standard.

1. After the strength test of the pipeline system, purge and cleaning shall be carried out in stages before the air pressure tightness test

3. Before blowing and washing of pipelines, a detailed blowing and washing scheme shall be prepared and carried out in stages according to the system
4. The equipment and pipelines are not allowed to be separated from the blowing and washing system.
5. After pipeline blowing and washing is qualified, other work affecting internal cleaning shall not be carried out except the prescribed inspection and restoration work, and "Pipeline System Blowing and washing Record" shall be filled in.
