The sluice gate valve is mainly installed at the end of the drainage pipe to prevent the backflow of external water.
The sluice gate valve is a kind of one-way valve installed at the outlet of the drainage pipe and the entrance of the pump station on the side of the river. When the tidal level of the river is higher than the outlet of the outlet pipe and the pressure is greater than the pressure in the pipe, the gate plate of the sluice gate valve is automatically closed to prevent the tide from flowing back to the drainage pipe.
The sluice gate valve is divided into hanging type, single door/double doors type, energy saving type and other models.
