Beacon water-resistance test equipment YZ3000 locomotive water resistance test bench
The scope of application:
Applicable to DF type diesel locomotive through the water resistance test can set a number of electromechanical parameters such as power generation, diesel engine speed, pipe temperature, etc., so that the locomotive technical state meets the requirements of the regulations.
The equipment composition (each set of equipment):
It consists of a water resistance system (composed of a water resistance box, positive and negative electrode plates, columns, beams, lifting mechanisms, cable terminals, etc.), an electrical control system, an instrument display system, and a computer detection system.
The main technical performance and requirements:
l Meet the technical requirements of TB/T2078-2006 "Water-resistance load test equipment for electric drive diesel locomotives".
l The positive and negative electrode plates are in split form and are made of carbon steel. The movable plate group is suspended on the beam by wire rope, and the lifting mechanism is raised or lowered at a constant speed of 0.486 m/min, so that the plate immersion depth changes slowly. Easy to adjust current.
l Effectively control the rise and fall of the plates.
l The accuracy level is 1 to 2 higher than that of the locomotive. When testing, the parameters of the tested parameters are accurate and reliable.
l Computer detection computing system, VC++ programming, software to fully utilize the graphical data table function, intuitive image, running on the WIN platform.
l The detection interface includes: full process map, suspension point data, constant power curve, parameter chart, excitation data, tube temperature, etc., with network transmission function.
l It has locomotive start, locomotive loading and diesel engine speed control. It is the simulated traction condition of the diesel locomotive in the non-walking state. The locomotive after the final assembly or overhaul is adjusted and adjusted to make it play its proper power and characteristics and meet the technical regulations.
