The PBC240 test rig is a test device for detecting the sealability and spray quality of the nozzle seat. The main drive is driven by a motor with small fluctuations, reliable performance and low noise. Test bench speed; can be constant speed and constant load.
This test bench tests various small injector assemblies and injector seat seals and spray quality. This product is equipped with an electronic display, automatic digital display opening pressure; the sealing time of the injector assembly.
1. The test bench can do the Dongfeng series; DN series; 200 series; 250 series; 300 series; 390 8V240ZJ diesel engine series and in-line pump diesel injector spray test. Open the pressure test and the overall seal test.
2. Non-standard test bench can be processed according to user needs (user provides data; parameters; physical)
3. When the spray test is completed, the whole seal test test is convenient, and the rotation is quick and flexible.
4. The pressure of the test bench is adjustable within the range of 0-60 MPa and the pressure is stable.
5. During the spray test, the injection speed and pressure of the test bench can be adjusted. The pressure per second is increased by 1-2Mpa (about 2S injection) to 26Mpa (or 28Mpa). Check the operation of the needle valve of the injector. When the number of injections reaches 60. -80 times / min, the opening pressure is 26Mpa (or 28Mpa), the oil quantity meets the requirements of use, and the system pressure is stable.
6. The pressure of the test bench has two observation functions: pressure gauge and digital display device.
7. The sealing pressure of the whole test machine is 32Mpa, 30Mpa timing; 3 minutes pressure drop is less than 1Mpa.
8. The oil temperature during continuous test is not higher than 40 °C (ambient temperature is 18-25 °C).
