DBF compressor air disc brake used in tire making machine
DBF compressor air disc brake is driven by air pressure. When there is no air source input, this brake is in released status; after supplying air pressure, this brake's up & down braking pads forward and clamp friction disc for stopping.
Pneumatic caliper disc brake DBF is a small size friction type brake. Its bottom is stationary, can be installed in different ways. Although its size is small, but it is very flexible, it can be install certain pieces of brakes on a disc, then torque also can be enlarge along with it in certain time.
There are three models of this DBF compressor air disc brake: DBF-8, DBF-10, DBF-15. Different model of this brake, its braking force is different, too. Following is the detail technical data of this brake:
This caliper disc brake is widely applied in rubber tire machine, flexo machine, wire winch machine, wire and cable machine, packing machine, printing machine and etc. They can be used in some pieces together.
In this case, DBF air caliper disc brake used for wire winch machine, one set of machine applied eight pieces of air brakes together to brake steel plate.
