DBG pneumatic caliper disc brake is vertical installation. It can save space, open-type friction plate good for heat dissipation. DBG vertical mounted pneumatic brake is driven by air pressure, it is a normal releasing brake with air cylinder head. That is to say when there is no air supply, brake is released, two pieces of friction pads separated; after supplying air source into air chamber, piston pushed friction pads forward and clamped steel disc for braking. For this straight brake, friction pads and air cylinder head is in the same level, so there is no left and right models for distinguish.

For example, when air pressure is 0.7Mpa, steel friction panel diameter is 350mm, DBG103 and DBG203 braking power is 270N.m; DBG104 and DBBG204 braking force is 360N.m; DBG105 and  DBG205 braking torque is 520N.m. So we can conclude that braking force is determined by air pressure and steel disc diameter, steel disc thickness is no influence for it.
