BDCV multi-disc pneumatic clutch with belt groove
BDCV multi-disc pneumatic clutch with belt groove is the update and modification based on BDC model multiple discs pneumatic clutch. It is a kind of shaft clutch, bore connected with clutch through spline. Handong made BDCV model multi-disc air shaft clutch is composed of groups copper-based friction plates and steel plates alternate, it is more than six groups of them. So as to transmit high torque than normal friction type clutch.
Characters of this group friction plates clutch:
1. Group copper-based friction plates connected, transmit high torque.
2. Inside and outside friction plates, separated fast and thoroughly.
3. Idle load torque is small.
4. High-speed engagement and rotating.
5. Integrated narrow V-belt structure, convenient for installation.
