(1). Dry fast and high gloss;
(2). Clear mesh point and strongly layered;

(4). No skinning on roller.

5. Application methods:
(1). The UVU offset printing ink can be used directly and additive is not necessary.
(2). Add UVU- Mixing varnish by 1-3% to reduce viscosity if necessary.
(3). Add UVU- Dilute additive to reduce the color concentration if necessary.
(4). Add UVU- Anti-sticking agent by less than 5% to reduce the viscosity if necessary.
(5). Add the white ink to increase the covering power or to decrease the color brightness.
(6).Add UVU- Anti-wear agent by 0.5-1% to increase the smoothness.
(7) Standard curing conditions:
UV lamp: 10kw*3pcs;
Lamp distance:10-15cm;
Total light intensity:≥50mj/cm2
Machine running speed: 6000-10000 pcs/hour.
(8).This kind of ink can be used in both flat printing and rotary printing.

7. Storage:
It can be stored for 24 months at 5-25℃. Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
