6. Instructions:
(1) Mesh: 150-300(60-120T) polyester mesh
(2) Squeegee: Polyurethane squeegee at the hardness 65-85 is recommended.
(3) Indicative dosage: 30㎡/㎏ on the 300(120T) mesh
(4) Drying: natural drying (surface drying in 10-15 minutes, full drying in more than 30 minutes ) or heat it below 60℃.
(5) Selective Solvents: fast drying agent 719, medium drying agent 718 or slow drying agent 783 etc.
(6) Stencil cleaning: organic solvent (e.g. Mesh washing water 007)
7. Notes:
(1) These inks do not have adhesion to some rubber products(such as silicone rubber,vulcanized rubber), please make a sample test before use.
(2) The heat resistance for rubber products is poor, so the print works should be kept in cool and dry place.
(3) Please add the hardener 9004 by 5-8% to improve adhesion if necessary. The ink with hardener 9004 must be finished within 8 hours.
8. Package:
1, 5kg/can.
9. Storage:
It can be stored for three(3) years at 5-35℃.
Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.

(1) Please thoroughly read the instructions and make a sample test before use.
