Phenolic sandwich panel composited with color steel is made of fiber interwoven neutral phenolic foam insulation board as the core material, and the color steel sheet as the surface layer, with the use of high-strength adhesive, composited by high-speed continuous automatic molding machine into new-type color steel sandwich panels under heat and pressure.

Phenolic sandwich panel composited with color steels are widely used in purification engineering, refrigeration and cold storage projects, and roof insulation of steel structures.

Purification engineering: The wall and roof of the purification workshop are generally constructed of 50mm thick phenolic sandwich panel with, which are characterized by light weight, strong rigidity, good thermal insulation performance and easy construction. At the same time, the phenolic sandwich panel with color steel is environmentally friendly, non-corrosive, non-halogenated, free of toxic and harmful substances, and has a long service life. It is the preferred material for high-grade purification projects.

Refrigerated cold storage: The envelope plates of the refrigerated cold storage are generally made of 100mm~200mm thick phenolic sandwich panel with color steel according to the indoor design temperature. The outstanding features are fireproofing and heat preservation. The thermal conductivity of the phenolic foam insulation board is about 0.025W/ (M.K), which is known as the “king of insulation” and achieves excellent frost resistance with outstanding thermal insulation properties. At the same time, its fire performance is non-combustible class A, which ensures the safety of the cold storage.

Roof insulation for steel structures (corrugated steel sandwich panels): Corrugated color steel sandwich panels are used for roof insulation of steel structures, which can make construction easier and lower cost. It has better thermal insulation performance than traditional rock wool or glass wool materials. Meanwhile, phenolic foam has better compressive strength and dimensional stability, which ensures the longer servicing life of roof.
