Product Description

Bolted Steel Tanks are used in commercial and industrial applications for a wide variety of uses ranging from water and chemical storage to food applications and dry bulk storage silos. Standard capacities range from just a few thousand gallons to over three million gallons.

1. Storage of Biogas, Air, Bio Methane

2. 50—20,000m3 Storage Capacity

3. Operating Pressure 5-20mbar

4. Material: PVC coated polyester fabric

5. Modular design allows modification and extension

6. Lifetime coating requires minimal maintenance

7. Modular design allows coatings to be tailored to zones

 

Quality Control

Raw materials tested in the factory: ingredient analysis, impurities test;

Recipe finalized small samples test :flow enamel test, color various analysis, enamel burning experiment, acid and alkali resistance, glossy, adhesion etc,

Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated environment;

Destructive testing, testing, shock, sparks, sliced electric microscope analysis.
