Product Description
Glass washing machine is used for the flat glass washing and drying. It's a necessary equipment for glass processing Plants.
Main Features
1. Main drive is gear drive,inverter speed control and digital display,Brush roller drive of washing
section is drove by upper and lower motors with separate belts,the rotation frequency conversion to adjust speed smoothly, longer
service life, with independent air cylinder rise and fall to achieve high requirements of clearing the special glass. 2. The
machine structure is aluminum alloy assembled structure,never scrap,permanent service life,energy-efficient ,can save 70% energy.
3. The sheet metal are sprayed with powder coating or high quality oil paint. 4. The rubber roller(Φ75mm) is made of vulcanized
rubber fully coated 304 stainless steel shaft structure (no contact with acidic liquid). 5. The whole machine’s bearing seat
adopts the new waterproof and wear-resistant bearing seat developed independently 6. Cleaning section and water contact parts
sheet metal is all 304 stainless steel 7. The machine has three pairs of brushes (φ160mm), (it can be used for washing LOW-E
glass, ordinary coated glass without scratch the surface) 8. Cleaning section,air drying section can lifted 300mm(easy to cleaning
the rubber roller,roller brush,and convininent for machine maintenance. 9. The machine has two pairs of air knife which has large
wind and good drying effect. The machine has heating system. 10. Blower inlet air chamber is equipped with air filter,air knife
section using a variety of muffler measures and exhaust device, to ensure low noise interference is small;independent frame of
blower,the entire upper blower box installed in the workshop,convenient to check and clean. 11. The water tanks can be remove,
easy for cleaning, changing water, checking..etc, it can make washing effect more clean. 12. Touch screen intelligent
display,convenient for staff use, and simple operation,to use with the glass edging machine is the best way to reduce labor use.
