High-alumina corundum (divided into 85 porcelain series, 95 porcelain series, 99 porcelain series)

Thermocouple protection tube, high aluminum tapered tube, high aluminum round double hole core, high aluminum crucible, high aluminum industrial ceramic parts.
Structure: There are two types of protection tubes: closed type and through type. Insulation tubes have two types: round and elliptical, and are divided into single hole, double hole and multi-hole. In addition, there are threaded tubes and prismatic tubes.
Material: high aluminum, corundum.
Uses: Mainly used for protection tubes and insulating tubes for temperature measuring instruments, thermocouple thermometers; furnace tubes for industrial resistance furnaces, experimental electric furnaces, and heat treatment furnaces; carbon and sulfur tubes for chemical analysis of steel; other high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance Insulation instrument components.
Features: High mechanical strength. Good thermal conductivity, strong thermal shock resistance, high softening temperature, good insulation and high frequency characteristics at high temperatures, and chemical resistance.
Air-tightness: Keep the pressure at 0.1 MPa for 10 minutes, the pressure reduction rate does not exceed 3%.
Heat resistance: Insert the tube 200mm into the furnace, heat it to 1600°C, keep it warm for 30 minutes, without bending, sticking, or softening.
Heat resistance and rapid degeneration: Heat to 1300°C in the furnace, keep it for 10 minutes, take it out and cool to room temperature in the air, repeat three times without cracking or peeling.
Alkali resistance: boil in 2N NA2CO3 solution for 15 hours, the weight loss is not more than 20 mg/dm2.
