RXB flexible impeller pump:
Application:
RXB flexible impeller pump has excellent self-priming performance and strong working condition adaptability, so it is used in various industrial occasions such as pouring bucket, sweeping bin, underground tank for liquid suction and drainage, sampling and a variety of fluids and semi-fluid transportation. When RXB flexible impeller is used for pouring bucket , only the inlet hose is inserted into the bucket and the pump can suck and discharge the fluids in bucket. RXB flexible impeller pump is widely used to replace centrifugal self-priming pump, submerged pump, gear pump, single screw pump and other pumps etc. Also RXB flexible impeller pump is used in Chemical industry to transfer weak inorganic acid, organic acid, alkali, salt, oil, alcohol, kerosene, ester and other fluids etc.
RXB flexible impeller pump features:
1. Strong self-absorption, perfect structure principle, 6-meter dry self-absorption, up to 9-meter with fluids
2. Short self-priming time, instantaneous self-priming within 6 meters, completed in 2-3 seconds.

Working principle for RXB flexible impeller pump:
(1) the pump cavity has an eccentric convex block, when the flexible blade leaves the eccentric block, the volume between the blades increases continuously, creating a vacuum, which makes the liquid be sucked into pump cavity inlet.
(2) when the flexible blade rotation, liquid from the pump chamber suction department is brought into the discharge department.
(3) when the flexible blade again contact eccentric convex block, bending, and accompanied by a extrusion action, so that the liquid uninterrupted, pulsating out of the pump cavity, thus completing the whole process of suction and drainage.
As the core technology of flexible pump, the impeller should have good elasticity, small permanent deformation, and can withstand long-term high frequency flexion without breaking or tearing. Excellent impeller elastomer technology determines the excellent performance and durability of the pump.
Now there are two kinds of impeller materials - sanitary grade Nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber; Nitrile impellers are mainly used in vegetable oil, mineral oil, oil containing medium and fields with higher sanitary requirements. EPDM impeller is mainly used for weak inorganic acid, organic acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, kerosene, sewage and other medium.
