Integrated structure sawtooth air clutch made in China
BTC Integrated structure sawtooth air clutch is made by Handong in China, it is slow or standstill connect, while rotating in high speed. It is with compact size, transmitting high torque.
Up and down tooth plates is easy and fast connect, sawtooth is strong and durable. Pneumatic tooth clutch through driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate engagement, small size while transmit torque is several times than other mode air clutch. It can transmit 1:1 torque and no residual. Engagement and release in moment, action flexible and fast. Engagement structure and easy installation.
BTC model pneumatic tooth clutch is through center axial hole key connected with driving shaft, flange end connects with driven tooth plate. Except shaft-shaft installation, shaft-belt pulley, shaft-chain wheel, shaft-gear wheel installation are also available.
This air shaft tooth clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, driving tooth plate, driven tooth plate, return springs and others.
There are some models of this clutch: BTC-10, BTC-20, BTC-40, BTC-60, BTC-80, BTC-120, BTC-200, BTC-300, BTC-400, BTC-800, BTC-1200, BTC-1600 and etc. They can transmit torque from 100N.m to 16000N.m. Following is the detail technical data of this clutch:
As above BTC clutch structure and technical data shown, this shaft clutch transmit torque is determined by air pressure and its model. When model is large, it delivery torque is larger, too. For example, when air pressure is 0.6Mpa, BTC-10 torque is 100N.m, while BTC-200 torque is 2000N.m. Different model of clutch, its tooth quantity and air chamber is different, so their delivery torque is varied.
