Green Peas Frying Machine

According to the floating process characteristics of the product, the blasting machine adopts the double-layer mesh belt structure, and the heating mode adopts the heat conduction oil boiler. Due to the high heat demand at the feed end, the bottom of the feed end is equipped with a fuel injection pipe and a high-pressure air mixing device, which plays a certain role in mixing the materials entering the blaster and prevents the materials from getting close to each other;
This kind of structure system has the advantages of less oil capacity, fast oil turnover rate and high oil quality.
Description: 1. The whole machine is made of 201 stainless steel;
2. The upper and lower net belts and the stirring wheels can be lifted together with the smoke hood, which is more convenient for cleaning;
3. In order to reduce the heat loss, a thickened aluminum silicate thermal insulation material is arranged between the inner tank and the shell of the blasting machine;
4. The mesh belt adopts stainless steel single spiral mesh belt, with stainless steel conveyor chain on both sides;
5. The two sides of the conveyor belt are equipped with baffle plates to prevent food leakage;
6. The motor speed is controlled by frequency converter, and the time is adjustable;
7. For the convenience of cleaning and maintenance, the machine adopts pneumatic lifting mode;
