Multiple friction plates pneumatic clutch with high torque
BDC model pneumatic multiple friction plates clutch is made of some groups of steel and copper-based friction plates. As usually it is composed of five groups of friction plates, customized is also available.
There are some models of it: BDC-40, BDC-60, BDC-100, BDC-200, BDC-300. They can transmit torque from 400-3000N.m.
Group sheaves clutch can transmit high torque, it is driven by air pressure, released via return springs. Power motor controls driven part after clutch linked, when this clutch separated, driving part rotating with motor, then driven part stoppped.
BDC multi-disc air clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, steel plate, copper based sheet, driving plate, driven plate and etc. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving plate to slide along the direction of the axis, group steel disc compressed group copper-based friction plates to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. After exhausting air pressure, group steel discs and group copper-based friction plates are separated by separate springs, clutch released.
Air multiple friction plates clutch is also called multiple shaft clutch, multiple copper-based friction plates and steel disc engagement together by air pressure. No slippage, engagement tightly, integrated structure, easy installation, small size and large torque. Compared with tooth clutch, multiple air friction plate clutch is more suitable for high-speed integration and high-speed rotating.
This BDC pneumatic clutch can transmit high torque, used in heavy and hard working situation. It is applied for engineering vehicle, sanitaton vehicle, cleaning car, sweeper, watering cart, suction sewage truck and so on. Normally, it is matched with V-belt for power transmitting.
