High speed separate tooth plates pneumatic clutch
BTC pneumatic clutch is made of tooth and tooth plate, it is slow or standstill connect, while rotating in high speed. It is with compact size, transmitting high torque.
BTC model pneumatic tooth clutch is through center axial hole key connected with driving shaft, flange end connects with driven tooth plate. Except shaft-shaft installation, shaft-belt pulley, shaft-chain wheel, shaft-gear wheel installation are also available.
This air shaft tooth clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, driving tooth plate, driven tooth plate, return springs and others.
Working theory of BTC model pneumatic tooth clutch:
Clutch is linked with air pressure, released by return springs. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving tooth plate to slide along the direction of axis, driving tooth plate compressed driven tooth plate to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate are separated by return springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.
There are some models of this clutch: BTC-10, BTC-20, BTC-40, BTC-60, BTC-80, BTC-120, BTC-200, BTC-300, BTC-400, BTC-800, BTC-1200, BTC-1600 and etc. They can transmit torque from 100N.m to 16000N.m. Following is the detail technical data of this clutch:
BTC air clutch is standstill or low speed engagement, high speed rotating. It is widely used in tire forming machine, conveyor, automatoc equipment, food machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, packaging machine, rubber machine, tire forming machine, production line, paper making machine, construction machinery, plywood machinery, punching machine, die-cutting machine, crusher and etc. It is also applied in robot, mechanical arm and other high technology equipment.
