IR type single-stage hot water circulating pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump. It is mainly used to transport hot water and suitable for boiler hot water circulating, urban water supply etc.

Transported liquids do not contain solid particles and are similar to clean water. The inlet pressure of the water pump shall not exceed 0.6mpa, and the temperature of the medium to be conveyed shall be less than 120°. If the temperature of the medium to be conveyed exceeds 120° and is less than 200°, Our R type hot water circulating pump can be used.

IR single stage hot water circulating pump consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, axle sleeve, suspension frame, etc. parts.  Impeller, shaft and bearing constitute the rotor of the pump. The suspension frame supports the rotor part of the pump, and the bearing bears the radial force and axial force generated.

This type of pump is installed horizontally, with horizontal axial suction and upward radial discharge outlet. Pump and motor are connected by claw shaft coupling. The pump has the back pull out structure. During maintenance, the inlet and outlet pipelines need not be disassembled, and the rotor parts can be removed for maintenance after the shaft coupling is removed. The seal is for mechanical seal.

The bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the bearing frame is equipped with oil level meter and water-cooling device.

The thermal insulation steam pipe of the pump is connected with the external thermal insulation steam system through a flange or a screw.
