ESB200 factory direct supply manual brake
For the brake, as to its operation mode difference, it can be divided into two types: pneumatic caliper disc or air shaft brake and manual brake. Because pneumatic disc brake is driven by air pressure, so it braking torque can be adjusted via adjust air pressure, while manual brake's braking force is adjusted via rotating handwheel angle. So air brake is wider than manual brake in usage.
For the manual brake, it is controlled by spiral springs. After rotating its handwheel in clockwise in a certain degree, springs compressed and produce braking force in relevantly. When rotating its handwheel in anti-clockwise, springs come back and brake released. This structure is easy and save energy, braking power adjusted flexibly.
This manual brake can be used independently and also can be matched with safety chuck for usage. There are two models if it, ESB200 and ESB250. Following is the technical data of this hand adjust brake:
