Equipment construction of dissolved air floating machine
1. Efficient dissolved air floating system
The air flotation system integrates water inlet, flocculation, separation, water collection and water outlet into one. Similar to the traditional air flotation equipment, it is equipped with a stable flow chamber and a dissolved gas release chamber to make the treatment performance more stable and the effect more superior. It is particularly suitable for the transformation of traditional equipment.
Stable room: through the folded plate of raw water, flow rate is very high, if direct contact with the dissolved air water, will dissipate the tiny bubbles and influence flocculant bubbles from block effect, thus reducing gas float processing efficiency, if increased the steady flow chamber, the turbulent kinetic energy consumption, raw water into the dissolved air water release chamber at a constant speed, so as to guarantee the removal efficiency.
Dissolved gas release chamber: the dissolved gas release chamber and the separation chamber are in a tank.Separated in the middle, the dissolved air water and the flocculated raw water adhere here and slowly rise into the air float separation chamber, ensuring the contact space and time between the flocculation and the tiny bubbles, and making the release rate of dissolved air water reach 80-100%
2. Dissolved gas system
For air flotation machine equipment, the dissolved air system is compared to the "heart" of air flotation equipment, is also the main parts of air flotation equipment, in this phase, gas and water in the inlet of the pump suction, together with the impeller shear pressurized water mixture is dissolved air in the dissolving tank, gas liquid two phase mixture and saturated, dissolved air system of a complete set of air content of 10%, and the solubility of a gas is 100%, when the gas dispersion of micro air bubble distribution uniformity, the average bubble diameter is less than 30 um.The dissolved gas system is an improvement and technological innovation to the traditional air flotation, which improves the air flotation separation efficiency and greatly reduces the production and operation costs of the equipment.
3. The sludge scraper
The operation mode and speed of slag scraper have a direct influence on the water quality and sludge solids.The system adopts rotary slag scraper, which can scrape the scum continuously and uniformly into the scum tank, and reduce the scum collision.In addition, the scraper with adjustable height can better adapt to various operating conditions and reduce the moisture content of sludge.
4. Control system
