HTC pneumatic split type tooth clutch
HTC pneumatic inner tooth clutch is linked by two ends of tooth engaged in axia movement after supplying air pressure, released by return springs after exhausting air pressure. Its structure is very similar with BTC, HTP model pneumtic tooth clutch, and they are all tooth clutch. The difference is BTC, HTP two ends of tooth are integrated, while HTC clutch's tooth are separated, they can be taken out independently.
HTC model air shaft tooth clutch is linked with air pressure, released by return springs. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving tooth plate to slide along the direction of the axis, driving tooth plate compressed driven tooth plate to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate are separated by return springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.
Split type tooth clutch, the up and down plane tooth can be separated independently. But it is instant engagement and separation, action flexible and rapid. This is the dimension and technical data of it:
