Working principle of small planetary vacuum mixer：

It also can be equipped with extruder and slide rail to realize the integration of mixing and discharging. consists of reducer, planetary rack, mixing agitator, scrapers, mixing tank, hydraulic system and machine rack. When the planetary structure is running, the low-speed mixing shaft and high-speed dispersing shaft are working rotation and revolution together, it makes the materials under the strong shearing and kneading, to reach a complete uniform result. The planetary structure has scraper design, when it is working, it scrapes on the inner wall of the mixing tank, the mixing tank which is precision processed by large vertical lath machine and polished, then can make sure there is no residual on the inner wall. In additional, options of the scrapers which is equipped on the mixing structure, it can scrape the bottom of the mixing tank.
