Product Description
Mixing Machine PU Sealant Dispersing Power Mixer, it has two frame type mixing shaft called planetary mixing shaft, it is revolution around the center of the mixing tank, and at the same time, it is also rotation around its axis. When the mixing structure is rotating, it takes all the materials from the inner mixing tank, and brings them into the center. After revolution two rings, the mixing structure is rotation a whole ring, after 4 rings, the mixture will be mixed completely, after 38 rings, all the materials could be mixed uniformed.
The basic configurations of planetary dispersing power mixer machine:
1. Options of 1 set of scrapers;
2. Options of multi-containers, circulation, cooling, heating, heat preservation, thermal insulation
3. Automatic controlling programs, adjustable by frequency converter
4. Hydraulic lifting or pneumatic lifting
5. Operation under positive pressure or negative pressure
The double planetary disperser machine has two paddle type mixing agitator, it is running rotation and revolution inside the mixing tank, it makes the high viscous materials be mixed no dead corner.
Working principle planetary dispersing power mixer：
Manufacturing planetary dispersing power mixer machine consists of reducer, planetary rack, mixing agitator, scrapers, mixing tank, hydraulic system and machine rack. When the planetary structure is running, the low-speed mixing shaft and high-speed dispersing shaft are working rotation and revolution together, it makes the materials under the strong shearing and kneading, to reach a complete uniform result. The planetary structure has scraper design, when it is working, it scrapes on the inner wall of the mixing tank, the mixing tank which is precision processed by large vertical lath machine and polished, then can make sure there is no residual on the inner wall. In additional, options of the scrapers which is equipped on the mixing structure, it can scrape the bottom of the mixing tank. To be ensure the mixing completely and keep the quality of the mixture product.
Various slurries with viscosity less than 5,000,000cps, solid content under 90% ,such as battery paste, solder paste, ceramic paste, silicone inks, sealants, structural adhesives, soft cream, jam etc.
Suitable for dispersing and mixing materials in industries such as coating, putty, ink, adhesive, energy, electronics &?electrical appliances, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food etc.
