YINYAN high viscous paste making machine dual planetary mixer
High visocus paste making machine, dual planetary mixer is an effective and no dead conner mixing equipment, it has a unique, innovative form of stirring, according to customer's production processes and requirements, we could offer different mixing structure designs of the mixing agitator, usually it consists of a double low speed mixing agitators and a single high-speed dispersing shaft and a set of scrapers.
Here we introduce YINYAN high viscous paste dual planetary mixer has a set of special mixing agitators, which just consists of a double hook type mixing agitator.
The dual planetary mixer consists of hydraulic system, vertial machine rack, frame type mixing agitator, vacuum system, one piece of 2-layer mixing tank, etc..It is a new mixing machine with high performance, high efficiency, easy to clean and to maintain.The dual agitators of this sealant mixer rotate and at the same time revolve around the axle. According to the viscosity and characteristics of the materials, there are some other options of the mixing agitators, such as paddle type, twist type, claw type,etc., They all have good mixing, reacting, kneading, dissolving effects.
The double planetary mixer adopts planetary gear wheel drive. There is a large output torque, suitable for high temperature, high solids, high viscosity, and other difficult working conditions. This sealant mixer is closed design, can be used with a vacuum system to realize vacuum mixing. Mixing bucket be designed with a?jacket, matching mold temperature controller, to realize thermostatic mixing function. This kind double planetary mixing machine is the first choice of dispersing and mixing equipment for the high-viscosity materials.
