YINYAN 5L double planetary mixer for high viscous glue making
High viscous slurry double planetary mixer is an effective and no dead conner mixing equipment, it has a unique, innovative form of stirring, with 2 ~ 3 layers paddle and wall scraper or bottom scraper, agitator is mixing in orbit around the spindle at the same time, and in different speed around its own axis high-speed rotation, the material inside the tank for complex motion, strong shear and lay its efficiency usually several times for the common mixer.
The vacuum double planetary mixer consists of hydraulic system, vertial machine rack, frame type mixing agitator, vacuum system, one piece of 2-layer mixing tank, etc..It is a new mixing machine with high performance, high efficiency, easy to clean and to maintain.The dual agitators of this sealant mixer rotate and at the same time revolve around the axle. According to the viscosity and characteristics of the materials, there are some other options of the mixing agitators, such as paddle type, twist type, claw type,etc., They all have good mixing, reacting, kneading, dissolving effects.
The double planetary mixer adopts planetary gear wheel drive. There is a large output torque, suitable for high temperature, high solids, high viscosity, and other difficult working conditions. This sealant mixer is closed design, can be used with a vacuum system to realize vacuum mixing. Mixing bucket be designed with a?jacket, matching mold temperature controller, to realize thermostatic mixing function.
