Product Introduction
Double toothed roller crusher drives two rollers by two motors. The difference lies in the roll surface compared to double smooth roller crusher: one is toothed while the other is smooth. Double toothed roller crusher (toothed roller crusher) crushes materials by the extrusion and the cutting force produced by two sets of independently transmitting roll shaft of relative rotation. Double toothed roller crusher is applied to crush crisp materials below the medium hardness in sinter, coal, cement, silicate, glass, and ceramic industries. It's double roller type and the roll surface has thick and thin toothed rollers which are applied to primary and secondary crushing of crisp and soft materials.
Working Principle
After entering the crushing chamber, materials are forced to pass through between two rollers by the mesh of rotary roller shaft
and they are pressed, cut and crushed at the same time. Particles will pass through the gap between two rollers along the tangent direction of rotary roller and then will be discharged from the lower body while those particles larger than the gap will be crushed into small sizes.
Performance Characteristics

2. High productivity which can reach its maximum to 14,000t/h;
3. Suitable for dry, wet, clay and clingy ores without congestion;
4. With less ultrafine and powdery products, it's better suitable for crushing coal and cokes.
5. Uniform sizes of products without large particles and no exceeding the limit for granularity.

7. Easy maintenance;
8. It has dual overload and tramp iron protection. One is the hydraulic coupling. The crusher stops running when it's overload with iron. The other is that the gear shaft can discharge indestructible ores or iron by reverse rotation.
