The mesh belt furnace of bright annealing is a kind of annealing furnace,its working principle is:place the material which needs to be annealed in the inner cover with protective atmosphere,heat up and cool down the material through electrical heating according to specified technological curve to achieve the purpose of bright annealing. This furnace is current mainstream furnace type of industrial production of international advanced level.
The main characteristic of bright annealing furnace:
1.The whole annealing process of material is in the protective atmosphere, it is bright and non-oxidation for the annealed workpiece surface.Without the decarbonization on the steel surface.
2.Due to strong convection circulation of protective gas in the furnace, furnace temperature is uniform which makes the temperature difference of material in the furnace be within ±5℃. This can ensure effectively that the hardness of annealed material at any locations be consistent which is convenient for the deep processing of material.
3.The structure of furnace body is scientific and reasonable, energy-saving effect is obvious,energy consumption for the steel per ton is low,production efficiency is high.
4.The surface for the material which is processed by this kind of furnace is bright,pickling technology is not needed,working environment is improved, acid pollution is removed.
5.The whole equipment is controlled by the microcomputer,degree of automation is high,it can guarantee the quality of products and safe operation of equipment.
