1500 ℃elevator furnace is one of high-temperature and car-type electric resistance furnaces which are used periodically. The equipment uses MoSi2 as heating element, operating temperature ranges from 1300-1500℃,all the material of furnace box uses imported ceramic fiber. The equipment is characteristic of high operating temperature,small heat storage capacity and very suitable for the sintering purpose of quick temperature increasing and decreasing. The temperature control instrument is imported from Japan.
The merits of the furnace:
The purification furnace of exhaust gas can also be equipped which can make the effective treatment for VOC gas which is generated during the sintering process. All of the furnace material uses imported ceramic fibre, the slag is not easy to fall off in the process of using which can not only guarantee the cleanliness of furnace,but also reduce the energy consumption.
