1.Product Overview
DY-WSXM portable temperature and humidity calibration chamber is specially developed by our company for calibrating temperature and humidity meters. It has an ultra-compact design and is particularly suitable for small sample test sites in laboratories, colleges and universities, and research institutes. It is suitable for research and development in various colleges and universities and professional laboratories. It has a large observation window and has high stability and fluctuation indicators. It is a special calibration equipment used to test hair temperature and humidity meters (meters), dry-bulb thermometers, digital temperature and humidity meters and other types of temperature and humidity sensors. It is suitable for use in measurement departments at all levels, meteorological departments, electronic, electric power, military and other production departments, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and environments with high requirements for volume and space.
2. Product Features
1) The portable temperature and humidity calibration box of Demei Electromechanical is compact in design and small in size, easy to carry and move, and is very suitable for on-site testing or occasions where the test environment needs to be frequently moved.
2) The inner cavity of this temperature and humidity calibration box is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer layer is sprayed with plastic to ensure beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance;
3) The double-layer high-temperature resistant and anti-aging silicone sealing strip is used to effectively ensure that the experimental area is not affected by the external environment;
4) A large observation window and controllable lighting for observation are set;
5) The control sensor uses a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor, and uses an imported intelligent power regulator known as the "temperature and humidity control expert". It has high stability and reliability, and has a PID parameter self-tuning function, which ensures that the system is balanced, fast and stable;
6) It uses a human-machine interface and a touch control screen, with a friendly control interface, and a programmable controller for temperature control logic.
7) The equipment is equipped with a universal Muffle wheel, which is more convenient for mobile testing

9) Temperature fluctuation curve, the system is configured with a temperature control curve, and the temperature change is monitored in real time.
10) Program control function (optional): The device has 10 sets of different program setting interfaces reserved, one-button operation, convenient and fast, meeting the user's requirements for multiple detection points and improving the user's detection efficiency.
11) The screen has built-in multi-point independent temperature correction function, multi-point (40 points) temperature fitting correction; ensure that the corrected indication error is less than 0.1℃ (1.0%RH), the correction point range is wide, can cover the full range of correction application range, and the deviation is small.
