Process of silicone Embossing:Automatic Hydraulic Silicone 3d Embossing Press Machine For T-shirts 

1.stroke adjust between heating plates,Adjuster of distance: the distance of both plates is can be controlled according to material and the thickness of pattern.

2.silicone and catalyst mixing,mixing as the ratio,for fix mold on heating plate and fabric prining

2.filling silicone on molds.Set the position for molds you will stick to the heating platen,male mold on the top, female mold on the bottom.Start machine hot pressing,time: 90s

(tips: avoid fabric sticking on mold,apply some detergent on mold
fabric embossing time: 8s-12s)

3.printing tools: Screen Printing Scraper+printing frame

on back side of fabric(screen printing),Preheat the machine. Set the temperature between 170-220℃,and the time about 12sec.

4.Make the heating platen press down.After 12 sec. it will auto release.

5.Use the machine to do the embossing.
