SP submerged slurry pump is for vertical centrifugal slurry pump and submerged in liquid and used to transport abrasive, rough particles, high concentration slurry. The pump does not need any shaft seal and shaft seal water and can work normally under insufficient suction.
The flow parts of SP submerged slurry pump is made of wear - resistant metal.
SPR submerged slurry pump has the submerged parts with rubber lining and SPR Submerged slurry pump is suitable for conveying non-angular abrasive slurry.
According to the slurry pool level, you can choose different length of pump shaft or suction pipe.
Adopt various speed and variety mode, make the pump run in the best condition, long service life, high operation benefit. The pump can meet many kinds of bad transportation conditions.
Working conditions:
It is mainly used for conveying corrosive, rough particle and high concentration slag slurry. The pump is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
Structural installation type:
SP type pump is vertical centrifugal slurry pump, the inlet of the pump is vertical downward, the outlet is vertical upward on the other side of the pump. Pump is mainly composed of lower filter, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts, the upper part of the pump has bearing support. The pump is installed under the fluid, without any shaft seals, and the flow parts are made of wear-resistant materials.
The transmission type of the pump has the belt driver and direct driver. The depth of immersion liquid can be determined according to the actual demands of the user within the standard size range.
From the direction of the pump inlet, the pump is for counterclockwise rotation.
