QXN built - in series engineering submersible pump
Our company has a strong technical development capacity and experience in the submersible pumps . QXN Submersible pump is designed and produced with a novel suction and drainage structure. The pump is composed of dry vertical motor and pump coaxial direct connection and adopt a number of modern advanced technology.
This electric pump is compared with other electric pumps and has self-cooling mode. When the electric pump is pumping, the motor can run continuously for a long time. It can discharge the shallow water well on the surface of mining, ship, warehouse construction site and other places. Break through the other pump motor can not run out of the water. Thus increased the service life of the electric pump. Motor can work when the motor is higher than liquid level.
Main USES:
This series of electric pumps can be widely used in many fields due to its superior and unique operational performance. Drainage places for water conservancy projects, underground projects, mines, drainage, water tower refrigerator water supply and drainage, underground water lifting, infrastructure projects and other operations surface shallow water drainage.
Conditions of use:
The electric pump should work continuously under the following operating conditions.
1. The working medium shall be clean water without corrosion, and the volume ratio of sand content in the medium shall not exceed 0.10 percent. The volume ratio of sand content in the medium shall not exceed 0.10 percent and the particle size shall not exceed 0.20mm.
2. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the ph value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.
3. The electric pump should be used in the range near the rated head.
4. The electric pump should be completely immersed in water for use, diving depth should not exceed 3m, the deepest is not more than 5m, the electric pump from the bottom of 0.5m above, but not into the mud.
5. Power supply frequency is 50Hz, voltage single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V, voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rating
