Main purpose and scope:
Double Head Aluminum Window and Door Corner Crimping Machine /Knieves Customized Aluminum Window Frame Combing Machine is used for corner combination of aluminum alloy profile.
Features:
- Adopt programmable controller (PLC) to ensure the machine running more steay and reliable.
- Two corners connecting at one time is available with high efficiency production.
- It is equipped with the clamping cylinder, inner/outer located block and preload device so as to avoid dislocation of the corner when combination and improved the precision of the localization and working efficiency.
- Inner / outer located block can be adjustable vertically ,also can be used for processing with multi layers piled up so that ensure the localization accuracy.
- Hydraulic system through high and low voltage conversion to realize the second pressing function so that ensure the higher intensity of corner combination.
- The combination cutter can easily adjust from front to back and left to right,is suitable for the demand of processing different profiles.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Generally it is 3-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. -
Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A3:We have strict control in testing of raw material, production process and final process. Only qualified products can be sent out. -
Q4. What will you do if the machines have problems?
A4:Our machine's warranty period is 12months,if the broken parts can't repair,we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely,but you need pay the express cost yourself.If it is beyond the warranty period,we can negotiate to solve the problem,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment. -
Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A5: 30% TT deposit,70% balance before shippment . Deposit must be TT ,balance could accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight . -
Q6: How long from Jinan airport to your factory ?
