Features:
1. Tooth Making Coping Machine JC-450C is in line with easy to learn, designed to make the novice into professional and technical personnel quickly.
2. Through decades of market experience and training, the machine has become a very sophisticated one; it is very easy to grind out the sharp saw blade.
3.Through strict manufacturing and quality control, only routine maintenance, can ensure that grinding accuracy for a long time
4. The adjustment lever or button, must move, has done a reasonable arrangement, so the operator can easily adjust the angle of cutting teeth, the back clearance angle, tooth depth, etc.
5. This machine has a control button to adjust height difference of adjacent teeth, and thus come to type C height tooth difference.
6. The machine head can tune up and down, chamfering grinding work in a state of don’t replace grinding wheel.
7. The end of Feeding push claw of the machine, welding tungsten carbide sheet to reduce wear; push arm improved design to ensure that the feed does.
8. Alternative high/low teeth can be sharpened in only one pass. The tooth height difference is varied and shown on the indicator, for perfect sawblade sharpening.
9. Tooth chamfering is easily performed, without need to replace grinding wheel.
